Refund Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If it’s not quite right, we’ve made our return policy fair and easy.

✅ Eligible Returns

• Returned within 14 days of delivery
• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags attached, proof of purchase provided

Items not meeting these conditions may be returned to the sender at their cost.

🔁 Exchanges

We offer size exchanges where available. If the item is out of stock, you’ll receive store credit.

💸 Refunds

• Processed to original payment method after inspection
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless faulty or incorrect
• Please allow 3–5 business days for refunds to appear

🧾 Afterpay Orders

If you paid using Afterpay, your refund will be processed through them. Installments will adjust accordingly. We cannot cancel scheduled Afterpay payments directly.
